Dental-3 Services are Coming in January!

• When sealants are done in school, you miss less work and your child misses less school

• Sealants are performed by dental care professionals

Sign-Up NOW for these Free Services!

Every student who brings in a completed, signed form, Accepting OR Declining these services, will be entered to win a $50 gift card (Amazon, Starbucks, etc.)

The Advisory class that turns in the most completed forms, will also be entered to win a $50 gift card for their teacher!

Students will be bringingthe form home from their Advisory class. Forms can also be picked up in the main office.
