    *Enrollment deadline: The final enrollment deadline is March 4th. Please have all interested travelers enroll by that date at EF-Explore America

    *Payment deadline: Travelers not on the Automatic Payment Plan with a balance remaining must be paid in full by March 4th If they need more time or have questions, they can call Traveler Support at 1-888-333-9756.

    *Rooming & Medical Needs: Rooming assignments, as well as any allergies or medical accommodations will be due the end of March. Please feel free to use the form linked on this page, or any document of your own to send me your rooming assignments. Students are four to a room and all adults are two to a room. If anyone would like to upgrade their room they should call Traveler Support by March 4th
